With over 7 years of experience in the mental health field, I am dedicated to creating a safe, affirming, and supportive space for clients to explore their healing journey. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients, as well as those navigating trauma and substance use challenges. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Marshall University and a master’s in counseling and human development from Lindsey Wilson College. I am independently licensed in the state of West Virginia, and I see clients either in the office or via telehealth. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and change.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing the drums with my metal band, playing guitar and singing in a bluegrass band, and relaxing with video games. I believe that creativity and play are important parts of overall wellness, and I bring that same spirit of balance and curiosity to my work as a counselor.
