Destiny Patterson, MSW

Destiny Patterson earned her Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Music from West Virginia State University in 2025. She earned her Master of Social Work from Concord University in 2026. Her therapeutic approach is client-centered, focusing on helping clients feel comfortable expressing themselves, better understand their emotions, and develop healthy coping skills. Destiny especially enjoys working with children and adolescents and incorporating creative, developmentally appropriate activities into sessions. Outside of the counseling office, Destiny is dedicated to volunteering, advocating for children with disabilities, and supporting education within her community.
