Nicole Shrewsbury-Hicks, MSW

Nicole offers psychotherapy services to adults, children, and couples in West Virginia. Received my Bachelor’s in Sociology and my Master of Social Work in from Concord University in Athens West Virginia. I have been in the mental health field for 10 years and I have been a therapist six of those 10 years. 

I have been working with children and Youth since I started working in the mental health field. I absolutely love helping children learn and grow and being able to understand their feelings and emotions as they happen and as they get older. One of my other moments I get excited about and enjoy is family therapy. Being able to help families and parents learn as their children are learning is wonderful, I also love being able to be there for the parents for them to get the help and support that they need.

As a therapist I’m a true believer that if there’s any problem there’s always a solution. It may be a short road or a long road to find that solution but together we will be able to do so! 

My specializations are children and youth from ages 4 to 18, adults, couples, and family therapy.
